Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jalibo platform available at https://jalibo.vip (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "jalibo", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and jalibo.

If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. jalibo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time with reasonable notice published on the Platform.

Eligibility

The jalibo Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jalibo operates a strict 18+ policy across all product categories, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and fishing games.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of a business, syndicate, or third party.
• You are not acting as an agent for any other person when registering or placing bets.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of jalibo, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through the jalibo platform or externally mandated.
• Participation in real-money gaming through online platforms is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence.

jalibo reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and, where applicable, the withholding of pending withdrawals until identity is confirmed.

Account Registration

To access the full range of jalibo services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with any associated balances subject to review and potential forfeiture.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Submitting false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jalibo will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Notification of compromise: If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify jalibo immediately at [email protected]. jalibo will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation.
• Account non-transferability: Your jalibo account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other individual under any circumstances.

Deposits & Payments

jalibo supports the following deposit methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to a jalibo account:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction may apply and will be displayed during the deposit process.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your jalibo wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect, depending on banking system processing times.
• Funds deposited into a jalibo account may only be used for placing bets and playing games on the Platform. Deposits are not held in a segregated client account and do not accrue interest.
• jalibo does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their published tariffs.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be refused, and any associated winnings may be withheld pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your jalibo account are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. jalibo does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified payment methods, or methods different from those used to fund the account.
• Standard withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within an average of three minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, jalibo may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer). This may include submitting a copy of a government-issued identity document and proof of address. Failure to complete verification will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
• jalibo reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, jalibo will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements attached to that bonus have been satisfied in full.

jalibo does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals processed to bKash or Nagad. Fees charged by your payment provider are outside jalibo's control and are your responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

jalibo offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are governed by these general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Each promotion has a stated wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement) that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted).
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, shared, or combined with bonuses on another account.
• jalibo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it determines that the promotion is being abused, that the offer was published in error, or that these Terms and Conditions have been breached.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus on multiple occasions constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Bonuses credited in connection with a specific game category (e.g., casino bonuses) may only be wagered on games within that category unless the promotion terms state otherwise.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports and event betting conducted through the jalibo sportsbook, including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all other available markets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. jalibo does not guarantee the availability of any particular market or odds at any given time.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player except in circumstances where jalibo offers a cash-out facility on that market.
• Bets placed on events that have already started (unless the market is explicitly designated as an in-play / live betting market) may be voided at jalibo's discretion.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that event. Details are available by contacting [email protected].
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed within the betting interface before a bet is confirmed.
• jalibo reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were published in error (palpable error / manifest error) or where the event outcome has been affected by corrupt activity.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your jalibo wallet balance immediately upon settlement. Settlement timelines for specific sports and markets are published within the sportsbook interface.

Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on the jalibo Platform — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, teen patti, andar bahar, slots, and fishing games — are subject to the following rules:

• Virtual games (slots, fishing games, and similar RNG-based titles) use certified random number generators to determine outcomes. Results are statistically independent from one round to the next.
• Live casino games are delivered by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules governing those games are set by the respective studio and are displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game malfunction during a live casino round or slot session, the round outcome that was in progress at the time of the failure may be voided. jalibo will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes arising from technical interruptions fairly and promptly.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes per game round are specified within the game interface. These may differ between game titles and between standard play and VIP tables.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance derived from such activity.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jalibo Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers or promotional structures in a way that constitutes abuse, including arbitrage strategies designed to extract guaranteed profit from welcome offers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's source code, server infrastructure, or proprietary systems.
• Using chargebacks, payment disputes, or false fraud claims to recover funds that were legitimately wagered and lost.

Account Suspension & Closure

jalibo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• A valid self-exclusion request made by the account holder or on their behalf.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, regulatory requirement, or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at jalibo's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (voluntary closure), the remaining balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected] with a written closure request. All open bets at the time of voluntary closure will be settled at their natural conclusion before the account balance is disbursed.

Responsible Gaming

jalibo is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour among all its users. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered account holders:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-off period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which no betting or gaming activity is permitted.
• Self-exclusion: Players who believe their gambling behaviour is becoming harmful may request a full self-exclusion of a minimum of 6 months. During self-exclusion, the account is closed to all activity and no promotional communications will be sent.

• Use jalibo's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any form of advertising, promotional material, or public communication without explicit written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on the Platform's content or software.
• Use data scraping, crawling, or any automated extraction method to collect content or data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of jalibo's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jalibo's total liability to any user arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jalibo shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any nature.
• Losses arising from the temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or third-party service outages.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any content, information, or odds displayed on the Platform, which are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits jalibo's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

jalibo reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jalibo will publish the updated Terms on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users via the email address associated with their account.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jalibo operates. jalibo makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to them in their country or place of residence. By using the Platform, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are accessing the Platform of your own volition.
